sensitive part of any business and utilising an out-sourced
practice for procuring construction work may seem daunting.
We at Deltrum Solutions Ltd are commercially
aware and always maintain a high deal of professional
integrity with all Clients and projects.
Wherever possible we will ‘dovetail’ the way we operate
to suit your own internal systems so as to maintain a
seamless appearance to the outside world.
We also recognise that utilising your own internal
procedures makes the internal tender adjudication/review
process more efficient.
Our internal systems are flexible enough to recognise
that all Clients are not the same and may want to adapt the
processes to suit.
We can manage the subcontract/material enquiry process
internally or welcome this to be done by yourselves, the
choice is yours.
We are also more than happy to price tenders in a
traditional manner, i.e. pricing from first principles, or
compile the tender using specialist subcontractor
quotations. It is quite usual to have a mix of these,
therefore we will always agree the process at the outset.
The process of turning an estimate into a tender is
always a sensitive issue and we welcome the opportunity to
be involved. However if you chose to do this part internally
without our input we will always respect your wishes.
